Environmental Fixed Penalty Notices

This is a freedom of information request.

I seek the following information on Fixed Penalty notices issued by the organisation for dog fouling, litter and fly-tipping over the last three financial years.

Please break the requested information down by year and ward, if possible.

1. The number of Fixed Penalty Notices of each type issued.
2. The number of Fixed Penalty Notices of each type issued that were subsequently paid.
3. The number of Fixed Penalty Notices of each type that were referred to the procurator fiscal for non-payment.
4. The number of Fixed Penalty Notices of each type that were written off without being paid by the recipient.

Additionally, for each financial year, please confirm how many FTE officers in the organisation were authorised to issue these fixed penalty notices.

The number of Enforcement Officers employed by the Council in each year
was: 2015-16: 9/ 2016-17: 9/ 2017-18: 13.
