I email requesting specific information which is to be returned within stated guidelines.

1) how many complaints have you received about your outsourced company Kingdom.

2) how many complaints were investigated by the council in regards to Kingdom

3) has the council received complaints about kingdom using aggressive tactics with elderly people, vulnerable adults or non English speakers.

4) how much money did the council make from Kingdom fines received.

5) is the council aware that other councils have cut ties with this controversial company?

6) does the council have financial penalties for cutting ties with kingdom?

7) does the council independently review the service provided by kingdom.

8) how many fines has the council assisted to annul?

Up to the end of May 2019, the Council has received £4,893.85.

5) is the council aware that other councils have cut ties with this controversial company?
The Council does not hold this information.

6) does the council have financial penalties for cutting ties with kingdom?
There is a 60 day notice termination clause within the 12 month Pilot Agreement.

7) does the council independently review the service provided by kingdom.
Yes.

8) how many fines has the council assisted to annul?
The Council has requested 1 FPN to be withdrawn.
