Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

Subject: Entitlements - National insurance Contributions

Some years ago, I experienced difficulties securing unemployment entitlement, discriminatory difficulties. Although born here in the UK, I am not white. I've not secured entitlements since. Those responsible, not satisfied denying entitlements, also refused to allow me to sign for National insurance stamps. I've been menaced in response to complaints and protests. These are extreme right orchestrated activities.

I've contacted several authorities (inc. the police and HMRC). Thus far no one seems prepared to assist me; typically I am misdirected.

Every so often I try again; periodic attempts to secure assistance. The latest was July this year where again I was redirected to an office (HMRC) unable to assist. On challenging this failure, I was redirected to an other office unable to assist me; the state is either unable or unwilling to protect my interests.

Two crimes are being committed here: racism and fraud. It's ongoing for over 20 years.

Are you competent to assist. Do you wish to assist? This is a Freedom of Information request.

This message is being sent to Dorset Police and HMRC.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Italiano

Unfortunately, the Freedom of Information Team cannot deal with the matter you raise because it is not a Freedom of Information request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. These will be requests for HM Revenue and Customs' own recorded information, such as statistics or guidelines.

The Government website www.gov.uk has a page showing how to contact HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).  I give the web address below.

Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

The query relates to potential pension benefits.

The information request is covered by the FOI Act. I may have failed to articulate the query.

I seek public available information in order to secure remedy. The remedy I wish to secure is two fold: 1. prosecuting the criminals who deny me state benefits and 2. address the consequence of their actions.

The FOI information request is one of identifying how this is achieved; identifying the competent office and; whether or not its a matter I can simply unload on the competent office or, do I have to progress separate complaints to more than one office perhaps (the police and you for example)?

Requesting your kind consideration.

Yours faithfully,

Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of HM Revenue and Customs's handling of my FOI request 'Entitlements - National insurance Contributions'.

You offer a complaint form URL. Thank you. You are aware the details so, would you confirm whether or not the HMRC is prepared to receive my complaint with a view to dealing with it. You could do so by referencing the policy document which deals with defrauding the public purse, that its relevant. I'm having to be a little insistent here because of previous difficulties experienced.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...

Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

Thanks for your message.

I've redrafted my query: where a crime is reported, the nature of which similar to that previously exposed, what's HMRC policy for dealing with it. That's to say, policy for receiving it and redirecting it internally; policy for deciding whether or not to address it and; policy for redirecting the complainant to the correct office, HMRC not being it.

Yours faithfully,
