Dear University of Glasgow,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of University of Glasgow's handling of my FOI request 'Enrolment chaos'.
Your response to my first question was rather evasive.
Are you telling me that no one is responsible for the process of Enrolment? If that is so then who does ensure that system is capable of supporting the Enrolment, users are trained, working procedures for communication with students and staff are in place, problems reported by students and staff are dealt with in a timely manner, etc?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Louis Seaman
