Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Dorset Police,

Hi,
Under the Freedom of Information Act; I request the following information.
It is well documented that the number of police stations open to the public has declined rapidly nationwide in recent years, this often as citied due to lack of use by the public; my request is thus;
1. Has a footfall survey or usage count of Public Enquiry Offices ever been conducted.
2. If so, could I access the information complied.

Yours faithfully,

Tom Stockholm

Dear FOI,

Your response to this request is now overdue.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Stockholm,

An email was sent to you (the one you have forwarded to us) dated 21/11/2017 which had put this request on hold pending clarification we required, 'Please provide a time scale for the information you are seeking'. As it currently stands you are asking us to look back indefinitely as to whether a footfall survey or usage count was conducted making it irretrievable without effectively guessing what time period you want us to search.

It also states:

'...if the requested information has not been received by 05/12/2017
I will assume you will no longer wish to proceed with this request and it
will be treated as withdrawn and subsequently closed.'

We can still reopen this request and restart the 20 working days as defined under the Act but will require clarification from you in relation to the above.

Yours sincerely,

Chris Fitzgerald
