Dear Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge,
For the 2019 UCAS cycle, I would like to have the following data:
1. Achieved/Predicted Scores of applicants
2. Subjects taken by the applicants
3. ENGAA scores
4. Their interview scores
5. If they were admitted, rejected or pooled. Do list if the pooled application was successful.
Dear Mr Garcia
I write to acknowledge receipt of your Freedom of Information Requested dated 13 October 2020. The data you require is attached. Certain information has been withheld or redacted as exempt under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act as it has recently become clear from specific experience that identities are more easily discoverable by interested groups than we hitherto appreciated. Accordingly subjects, in particular, have not been provided. Note that we have no information on whether a pooled candidate is made an offer by another college. Also note that the University provides a wide range of data on applications at webpage https://www.undergraduate.study.cam.ac.u....
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of this decision, you should write to the Senior Bursar, Gonville & Caius College, Trinity Street, Cambridge, CB2 1TA who will then assign an appropriate person to conduct the internal review. If subsequently you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by the College. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
