Whilst correspondence including such allegations are held by Norwich City
Council they are not recorded in an easily reportable format.
To provide an accurate response to your question would require a manual
interrogation of each of our case files from 2020/21. We estimated that to
undertake this would take in excess of 18 hours. Therefore, the Council is
withholding this information under Section 12 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.
Section 12 allows a public authority to refuse a request if they estimate
that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate
limit.
The appropriate limit was set at 18 hours for local authorities by The
Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees)
Regulations 2004.
