Dear Department for Infrastructure (Northern Ireland),

How many stop notices have been issued by the department with these powers for unauthorised work since 1998?
How many enforcement notices were issued by the department with these powers for unauthorised work since 1998?

Can you put the numbers in a table please, divided into years please?

And can you also please tell me, of the enforcement notices issued, how many were appealed successfully.

Yours faithfully,

Shauna Corr

Dear Shauna

Thank you for your email. In order to process your request, grateful if you could provide further clarification regarding stop notices. We are assuming you mean 'stop notices' are those that are associated with the planning process. Can you confirm if our assumption is correct, or if you are referring to something else.

Kind regards

Melanie Parker

Dear Melanie,

It would be to do with planning. Just for my own info, are there other sorts of stop notices?
Yours sincerely,

Shauna
