James Audrey ADN/CYLLID,

Thank you for your recent request for information which has been dealt
with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I append
below Gwynedd Council's response to your enquiry.

Fuel expenditure is recorded (diesel and petrol) but this expenditure is
not split between the use of cars, lorries, vans or other vehicles,
therefore there is no total for car fuel alone.

Similarly, the use of electricity, oil, and gas is recorded separately,
but the expenditure is not split into heating, lighting, cooking
costs, etc, therefore there is no total for heating costs alone.

If you are unhappy with the way the Council has handled your request, you
may ask for an internal review. You should contact Dafydd Edwards, Head
of Finance, Gwynedd Council, Penrallt Offices, Caernarfon LL55 1BN if
you wish to complain.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply direct to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:

James Audrey ADN/CYLLID,

Dear Chris,

There is no other appendix to the email, Gwynedd Council's response was in
the email text, i.e.

Fuel expenditure is recorded (diesel and petrol) but this expenditure is
not split between the use of cars, lorries, vans or other vehicles,
therefore there is no total for car fuel alone.

Similarly, the use of electricity, oil, and gas is recorded separately,
but the expenditure is not split into heating, lighting, cooking costs,
etc, therefore there is no total for heating costs alone.

Kind regards,

Audrey
