Empty residential properties in BD1 in 2015

I Hudson made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to Bradford City Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Bradford City Council,

Could I have the total number of empty properties in BD1 in 2015? For this year you've provided a total of 400 based on Prem100 and PLPC empty properties for BD1, so an equivalent as of 01/01/2015 would be ideal to identify any trend over the last half a decade.

Yours faithfully,

I Hudson

Dear Council Tax,

Does the council's regeneration function track empty properties and trends, surely if they don't then correct decisions can't be made about strategy based on the type of residential developments that succeed or fail.

So could I ask does the regeneration department track such trends as to at least partially answer this question?

Yours sincerely,

I Hudson

Further to your request for data about empty properties in the BD1
postcode and the regeneration team. I have spoken to my colleagues in the
Empty Homes team and they have located a data file from 16th December 2014
which they use to monitor and track empty properties. Whilst the date does
not match exactly the date you requested, I hope that it is close enough
to meet your requirements.
