Empty Commercial Property
Dear Northampton Borough Council,
In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, please provide a
list of vacant commercial properties that appear in the 2010 Non
Domestic Rating List and are valued above £2,600 rateable value.
Please provide for each property
1. The owner’s name and address (and contact number if available)
2. The rateable value of the property
3. The address of the property
4. Is the property exempt from rates or being charged empty rate
(ie has it been empty for longer than 3 months for non industrial
properties or over 6 months for industrial properties).
A spread sheet would be an ideal format for this information.
