Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Highways England Company Limited,

I would like copies of your employee handbooks. Specifically I wish to see handbooks, including absence and leave, conduct and performance management policies and rules for employees hired before and after Highways Agency became Highways England.

I'm particularly interested in how the rules for absence and conduct have changed since becoming a public company, in particular for minorities, those with disabilities or employees who are pregnant so please include any additional documentation or policies if there are specific documentation covering these topics.

However, I require the full handbook(s) covering employees hired before and after the change to Highways England.

Yours faithfully,

Tim Peffers
