Dear Lauren

Re: Your Freedom of Information Request

I write in response to your Freedom of Information request dated
30/07/2020.

Your Request:

- The annual council spending on Employee Assistance Programmes, meaning
the amount of money spent by the council each year on employee assistance
progreammes for their employees for 2018 and 2019.

Response:

We have considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(FOIA).

Until April 2019, LBC commissioned an employee assistance programme on
behalf of other providers and it is not possible to separate the costs
paid to establish what percentage was spent on council employed staff. The
amount of money spent by the council each year on employee assistance
programmes for their employees for 2019 was £6,370.
