the Housing Operations Service.

 

We are confident that the contingency plans we have put into place will
allow us to continue to respond to enquiries but some changes have had to
be made to protect vulnerable clients and to maintain social distance in
order to keep the public, contractors and staff safe.  This will affect
the processing of grant and loan applications and other work areas, such
