Dear Mr. Millar
Freedom of Information Enquiry: DEV0402499
Thank you for your information request dated 04/02/2019.
I am happy to supply you with the information you requested.
Clackmannanshire Council has, along with partners, identified premises
within each of our communities that could act as Rest Centres and places
of refuge during an emergency situation.
Some communities have more than one identified building.
Given the complex dynamics of emergencies and the variety of risks that
threaten this area, no specifics can be given as each requires dynamically
assessed depending on the nature of the event and the numbers of those
affected, which would lead to the correct premises being chosen to fulfil
the job.
Yours sincerely
David Johnstone
