Emails concerning a Complaint

I am requesting copies of all correspondence held by the Council with regard to the communications between myself and the Council with regard to my recent interaction with then regarding Covid Signage.

This includes initial enquiries via the Council's portal, communications with staff of the Council and the consequent two levelled complaint. Also any communications subsequent to the issue of the statement after Complaint 2.

This should include any correspondence amongst Council staff and third parties with regard to the above.

Dear Freedom of Information,

Thank you for the response however there is no evidence provided round the legal advice used to deny my complaint in the first instance and at Complaint Level 1.

I was told that internal advice was that my statement around the Statutory Instrument was incorrect; this was later conformed in Complaint 2 that my statement was in fact correct. Therefore it is important that we learn about the communications around this decision making and correction
