Dear Bristol City Council,
Thank you for this response.
However, some email correspondence appears to be missing and I would ask you to please check your records for the specified time frame.
For example, I understand an email was sent to a number of people, including Sir Edward Lister or his representative, on 12 June 2018 at 13.44 with attached reports, and a response was received. This does not appear to be in the documents you have sent me. Please will you check relevant emails sent to multiple email addresses where Sir Edward Lister or his representatives at Homes England are included, and provide the emails and associated responses.
Similarly, an email was sent from [email address] on 17 July 2018 at 23.15 and a response was received. Again, this does not appear to be in the documents. Please will you check the [email address] email address and send all relevant emails and responses.
Thank you for your help with this matter.
Yours sincerely,
S Thomas

The email dated 30 August 2018 was sent to @btconnect.com account. It seems someone at Homes England was/is using a private email address for official duties.
