1. Any email correspondence (including attachments) from September 2020 to December 2020 between students at St Edmund Hall and the Accommodation Manager OR Housekeeper that discusses the conduct of scouts in relation to COVID-19 guidelines.
2. Any internal email correspondence (including attachments) from September 2020 to December 2020 by the Accommodation Manager OR Housekeeper to any staff in St Edmund Hall that discusses the conduct of scouts in relation to COVID-19 guidelines.
Please note, emails referring to 'the conduct of scouts in relation to COVID-19 guidelines' could include any email complaints around scouts not following COVID-19 guidelines, any emails sent to scouts or other staff on how scouts should follow COVID-19 guidelines, or any other emails that explicitly discuss how scouts have or should be following COVID-19 guidelines.
Please provide the information in an electronic form.

Dear Matthew Kayanja
Please see the attached document. These emails are all related to the same
household where the students were concerned about the safety of their
scouts. Names have been redacted for GDPR reasons.
We can also confirm that the Accommodation Manager performed a verbal
“tool box” talk with all scouts upon their return to the College, as
scouts tend not to use their email addresses. In addition, the
Accommodation Manager also produced a risk assessment which she went
through with each scout.
