Dear Her Majesty’s Courts Service,
I am emailing regarding an FOI request made on 8th July and for which, in accordance with FOI regulatons, I should have had a response on August 9th. I have not received any communication from the Courts Service on this matter. Would you please therefore respond to me directly?
Yours faithfully,

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts Service,
I have not received a response to my FOI request made on 8th July 2011 regarding email anc communication management within the Courts Service. FOI legislation requires a response within 20 working days and this limit was reached on 9th August 2011. I sent a hastener message but have heard nothing. I am therefore requesting that an Internal Review be conducted to determine why a response has not been sent, and to make the requested information available.
