Dear King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls,

I am requesting a response to the below question via an electronic reply format (ie pdf, xls or doc format)

I request full itemised expenditure by the school on all electrical lighting fixtures, accessories, maintenance (light bulbs etc) for the calender years 2010 through to year end 2012

In addition to this, I request a full list of suppliers and service contractors (company names only will suffice)

Finally, full cost details of both the electrical item purchases mentioned above, as well as the cost of services provided by outside contractors in relation to said items.
