The information supplied has been provided by the department responsible
for the service delivery.

Please find Ipswich Borough Council’s response beneath each question, in

These are provided by an elector when they apply to register, both online
and using the paper form, also on postal and proxy vote applications and
correspondence regarding requests for name change / nationality change /
missing DOB or National Insurance evidence.

(d) Whether you have included all or some portion of these emails as part
of the datasets you gave to election candidates at the 2019 General
Election;

 

Email addresses are not part of the electoral register and have not been
provided to a third party.

(e) If so, how many emails were supplied;

 

None.

(f) Whether you supplied email details in other prior elections.

 

Never supplied any due to the reason in (d).

 

You may re-use this information under the terms of the [1]Open Government
Licence. While re-use is permitted, you should refer to the specific
licence conditions.
