Dear Local Authority,

Please provide the current number of Electively Home Educated (EHE) children known to your authority.

Please provide the number of School Attendance Orders (SAO) served in relation to EHE children since 1/9/2022.

Please provide information on how many of those SAOs were revoked.

Please provide the number of those SAO's prosecuted for non compliance.
