Dear Department of Justice (Northern Ireland),

I would like to know how many cases have gone through the High Court in Belfast in relation to elderly people's properties in respect of both the Northern and Southern Health Trusts in the past 3 years [2015/ 2014/ 2013].

Can you please divide the information down per Trust and year and also provide details on whether the court found in favour of the elderly person or whether it was won by the Trust?

Yours faithfully,

Shauna Corr

Dear Communications Group,

I was wondering whether you could instead provide the number of property cases that have gone through the courts in the last year, involving both the Southern Trust and Northern Trust please?
And, if possible - but as a secondary, the number that found in favour of the Trust.

Yours sincerely,
Shauna Corr
