Ehcp by age of child

I would like to know how many children aged 3 or under have been issued with an ehcp by Kent county council to date by year.
What is the average age of child receiving an ehcp for the first time.
How many of the children issued a had transferred from a stAtement
Of the children who have been given an ehcp to date please can you tell me how many of those were age 1,2,3,4,5 etc
