Dear Department of Education (Northern Ireland),

1. Please provide details of Educational Psychologists employed by the DE in any ELB and/or Middletown Centre for Autism or in any other capacity who have also provided their services either privately or on secondment in an advice/paid capacity to the Department of Education & Science ROI since 2003. Please advise if there is a cross border agreement between the DE(NI) and the Department of Education & Science ROI pertaining to such partnerships or expertise sharing.

2. Please provide details of Marie Louise Hughes, Ed. Psychologist,
SELB and her professional involvement and/or contribution to the
Department of Education and Science, ROI, to assist them or their partners in legal cases involving parental litigants, appellants or defendants over the past
10 years, in particular the year in and around 2005 respecting the following legal challenge: http://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-...

3. Please confirm the named person (Marie Louise Hughes, senior educational psychologist) cited in the above link is, to your knowledge the same Marie Louise Hughes who is also employed within the SELB or is not.

If applicable please advise if her involvement with the Department of Education and Science, ROI, was undertaken whilst SIMULTANEOUSLY employed with the SELB, by any other Education and Library Board or by the Department of Education NI in any other capacity.
