Education information
Dear South Gloucestershire Council,
I write to ask you to provide me with information regarding the education and school placements given to children under 16 years of age with Special Educational Needs.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like you to supply me with the information requested for the past two school years (2015/16 and 2016/17).
I am requesting you to provide me with a full list of all the non-maintained and independent special needs schools that you place young people with SEND in.
I would ask you to provide the information in an excel document, broken down under the following headings:
Academic Year (2015/16 and 2016/17)
Name of School
Type of school - (non-maintained/independent)
If possible if you can also include the nature of the placement (day/ residential) under the following heading:
Type of placement - (Day or 38 week placement)
I would be grateful if you could send your response in csv. or Excel format within the 20 day reply period.
