• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on this contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Was there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has this contract been kept running, extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Please find below our responses to your questions raised in your request
for the following information:

 

• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

The project was a discrete piece of work. There are no contractual KPI's
as the environment is now supported internally. We license SharePoint from
Microsoft and receive support and maintenance via RecordPoint annually for
their software.

 

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on this contract and were successful
& not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages –

It was a G-Cloud procurement. The selection criteria resulted in
Deltascheme being awarded the contract.

 

• Actual spend on this contract (and any sub lots), from the start of
the contract to the current date.

Initial contractual outlay - £150,882. 

 

• Start date & duration of contract?

20/04/2015 – 36 months

 

• Could you please provide a copy of the specification given to all
bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

Original specification attached. It wasn't readvertised as the information
architecture, taxonomy, and migration where a discrete piece of work. It
is now supported internally.

 

• Was there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration
of the extension?

No extension as the information architecture, taxonomy, and migration
where a discrete piece of work. It is now supported internally.

 

• Has this contract been kept running,  extended or renewed?

SharePoint is supported internally and licensed via Microsoft. We pay
annually for support and maintenance for a SharePoint Add-on,  RecordPoint
to facilitate our records management requirements.

 

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?
