Echo Reporter Liam Thorp, Missing 106 fees of over £6million in Liverpool

We're waiting for thomas to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Using the Freedom of Information Act, please could you provide me with the following information:
1/
Why has the Liverpool council still not collected the outstanding £1million in past 106 fees from the Metalworks site on Vauxhall Rd Liverpool?
2/
Has the outstanding 106 fees also been paid into the Liverpool council from Fox Street Village Ltd?
3/
Has the long overdue Liverpool Chinatown 106 fees been paid in from NPG Ltd Or its sister company NCTD Ltd and or GGSD Ltd, Neil Hunter has said it will never be paid to the LCC, why?
4/
What is still outstanding on the failed site “The Rise” Liverpool and Kerry Tomlinson “Primesite developments Ltd” has all past fees and 106 fees been paid to the council?

5/
So far it would seem that someone in the council does not wish to address or show any interest in collecting the past due millions in unpaid 106 fees, why is that?

The Liverpool echo reporter (Liam Thorp) has been given the files on this matter and the full list and he will not address it or forward any requests to the Mayor’s office on this matter, the rate-payers in Liverpool have a legal right to this information.

Mr. Liam Thorp has said he does investigations, however he has cut off a number of whistle-blowers who called him with information on the 106 fees and the details of Fox Street Village Ltd, due to his close relationship with \Hughes PR and Cllr Calvert with Gary Howard.

Yours faithfully,
Mr Thomas

Liverpool City Council
