Dear Ms Bowen,

Information Request:  EFOI 6023

Thank you for your information request dated 6^th December 2017 received
in our office on the same day.

Please can you give me a list that states:

All of Eastbourne Council's current capital projects

The budget for each of the projects

I have reviewed your request and investigated whether there is any
information which can be disclosed to you.  The questions can divided into
two parts and for the first two I have determined that the information
you have requested is already publicly available, and therefore under the
Freedom of Information Act (2000), Section 21 (information accessible to
applicant by other means) this information is exempt from requiring
further action in order to make it accessible to you and the general
public.

The capital programme including allocations for each scheme is available
on the website. Link below.

see Item 7, Part B, Appendix 4 (Pages 41-44)

However, for the second two questions -

Whether the project is being partly or fully project managed by external
consultants

The name of any external consultants working with the council on each
project (if applicable)

Please find below the information the council holds, and which I am
pleased to provide to you.

The following schemes are partly of fully manged by external consultants:

Wish Tower Restaurant      - Focus Consultants Ltd

Devonshire Park Project     - Focus Consultants Ltd & G2C Consulting Ltd

New Build                             - Eastbourne Homes Ltd

Empty Homes                       - Eastbourne Homes Ltd

Sovereign Harbour Community Centre   - Reid Consultants Ltd

Iconic Beach Huts               - Lawson Queay

Sovereign Centre                - G2C Consulting Ltd

Bedfordwell Road                - Eastbourne Homes Ltd & Urban Delivery

I trust that this deals with your enquiry to your satisfaction, but if you
feel that Eastbourne Borough Council has misunderstood or not responded
appropriately to your request, you have two courses of action:

o You can clarify the terms of your original request to allow this to be
looked at again  (if you expand your request this will be dealt with
as a new request)
o All applicants have a 'right of appeal'.  An appeal should be focused
on the original request and should identify how the council’s response
failed to answer your Information Request.  Appeals must be made in
writing (or e-mail) within 40 working days of receipt of this response
and addressed to the Information Governance Appeals Officer, to the
address below.

After the council’s internal appeals procedure has been exhausted, a
further appeal about the same Information Request can be directed to the
Information Commissioner for adjudication.  Full details will be provided
should an appeal proceed to this stage.

Please note:

If you are considering re-using the information disclosed to you through
this request, for any purpose outside of what could be considered for
personal use, you are required under the Public Sector Re-use of
Information Regulations 2015 to make an Application for Re-use to the
