East Oxford LTNs - new consultation list

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Yesterday, OCC cabinet member Tim Bearder promised to undertake additional (more targeted) consultations ahead of any final East Oxford LTN implementation decision.

Please provide me with a complete list of organisations / organisational types that Oxfordshire County Council intends to consult with, ahead of any future East Oxford LTN decision. Please also provide me with a copy of any template letter that will be sent to them.

Thank you for your correspondence received on 30 July 2021 in which you
asked for the following information:

 

Yesterday, OCC cabinet member Tim Bearder promised to undertake additional
(more targeted) consultations ahead of any final East Oxford LTN
implementation decision.

 

Please provide me with a complete list of organisations / organisational
types that Oxfordshire County Council intends to consult with, ahead of
any future East Oxford LTN decision. Please also provide me with a copy of
any template letter that will be sent to them.

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information
requested as soon as possible and in any event within the next 20 working
days in compliance with the Environmental Information Regulations
2004/Freedom of Information Act 2000, unless an exception applies. This
means that the council will respond to you by the end of 31 August 2021 at
the latest.

 

If appropriate, the information requested can be made available in
alternative formats, including other languages, Braille, large print, and
audiocassette. If you require any of these formats then please let me
know.

Oxfordshire County Council does not hold this information. Oxfordshire
County Council is still planning the next steps of the targeted
consultation. As the Council is still researching/planning some of the
organisations that it needs to engage with and, as there is no set
consultation dates, the Council cannot give dates as to when this
information might become available.
