E Signing
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I have just frequented job centre plus where again i have been told E Signing IS Compulsory
Upon producing Information given by DWP on a previous F.O.I on whatdothey.com stating E Signing is NOT Madatory, reply recieved from Advisor was "she didnt know it wasnt Mandatory and have been told to say it is Mandatory".
May i ask therefore why JCP have been told to tell its claimants that E Signing is Mandatory when it clearly is not?
Yours faithfully,
B Smith

More lies as it is NOT compulsory and it can never be.
Your signature is YOUR personal information and clearly defined as such under numerous legislation. As it is your personal information you choose who you give it to. Therefore if it is your choice you decide and any attempt to coerce you into electronic signing against your will becomes theft of your property.
