Dear Staffordshire County Council,

I understand that you have purchased a E-Marketplace solution for social care from a company called CloudBuy. Can I ask:

• When do you expect the emarketplace to be Live?
• How much will this cost the council in the first year?
• How much will it cost in subsequent years?

Yours faithfully,

Ben Fox
