Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear London Legacy Development Corporation,

As taken from the E20 Board meeting minutes from the meeting held on 25th May 2017 (in relation to community benefits):

"It was agreed this should be monitored by the Board and therefore a regular report should be presented to the Board on all community benefits, including LS185's, UKA's and WHU's compliance in this regard"

Please can I be provided with copies of the reports produced in 2017, 2018 and 2019 (to date of raising of this FOI request, 08/11/2019) that relate to E20 or LLDC tracking the compliance of LS185's, UK Athletics and West Ham United Football Club with regards to community benefits that are stipulated in any concessionary or operator agreement that has been entered into by any of LS185's, UK Athletics and West Ham United Football Club with LLDC/E20?

Yours faithfully,

Paul Turner

Dear Mr Turner,

The Freedom of Information Act obliges us to respond to requests promptly and no later than 20 working days after receiving your request. However, when a qualified exemption applies to the information and the public interest test is engaged, the Act allows the time for response to be longer than 20 working days, and a full response must be provided within such time as is reasonable in all circumstances of the case.

We do, of course, aim to make all decisions within 20 working days, including in cases where we need to consider the public interest test, however, in this case we have not yet reached a decision on where the balance of the public interest lies. We have estimated that it will take an additional 20 working days to reach a decision. Therefore, we plan to let you have a response by 8 January 2020. If it appears that it will take longer than this to reach a decision, we will keep you informed. If we are able to provide you with our response before this date, we will obviously do so.

The exemption that applies in relation to your request and that requires the extra time in order to consider the public interest is: section 43 (2) – Information is exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person (including the public authority holding it).

We will keep you informed of our progress and provide you with our response to your request as soon as we are able.

Yours sincerely

Rachael
