DVLA wheel clamp found cut off in car park
Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,
have found a dvla wheel clamp with no 610 marked on it in the near by car park I have notified the police but they told me to get in touch with you and to retrieve the wheel clamp till someone collects it, can you help I am not phoning any one else as this would cost me a lot to do so and I might not get the correct place the first time
