Dear Ms Mann

Thank you for your request for information from Airedale NHS Foundation
Trust which was received on 25^th October 2021.  Your request has been
given the Reference Number ANHSFT REF  5468.

We will now proceed to process the request.  The deadline date for issuing
you with a full response is 22^nd November  2021.   We will try to respond
to you before this date and we will contact you if we envisage delays or
if we need more information from you.

Please note that under the Freedom of Information Act, some information
can be subject to exemptions, which means that the Trust does not have to
provide the information requested.  Some exemptions are “absolute” such as
personal information and some only apply where the “public interest” in
maintaining the exemption, outweighs that of providing the information.

In some cases, where identifying, retrieving and processing the requested
information requires more time than the “appropriate cost limit” of two
and half days work, we may refuse the request or we can charge a fee.  If
the latter is the case, I will let you know and a Fees Notice will be
issued to you.  In that case you would need to pay the fee before we
proceeded with your request,  but we will offer assistance and advise you
if, by modifying your request, we could provide you with some non-exempt
or free of charge information.

Please contact me, quoting the Reference Number above, with any questions
you might have about your request.

With kind regards

No they are not used in the treatment of patients with Covid 19 in ICU or
on the Covid Ward.

If these drugs are not used, please advise the reasons why.

These drugs are not approved for this indication.   Hydroxychloroquine is
only used by our Rheumatologists for treatment of various forms of
Arthritis as per our formulary.

Dear FOI (AIREDALE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

Thank you for your reply. To say I am shocked is an understatement. The benefits of these drugs is widely known and the fact that they are 'not approved for this indication' makes a mockery of the entire Covid situation, as the so-called vaccines are themselves 'unapproved'. They have been granted 'Emergency Use Approval' and for this to be granted, it has to be the case that no other alternatives treatments are available.
Is the ban on using Hydroxichloroquine and Invermectin a directive from senior management? God help us all if we get Covid and drugs that ameliorate the symptoms are withheld.

I look forward to your further comments.

Yours sincerely,

Fiona Mann

Dear BROWN, Brendan (AIREDALE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

Thank you for your message but you fail to address my concerns over the withholding of Ivermectin and Hydroxichloroquine for Covid patients on the grounds that they are 'unapproved' for this indication (despite it being widely accepted that they can help with Covid symptoms), when the vaccines themselves are also 'unapproved' but are being widely rolled out.

I look forward to your explanation as to why this is.

Yours sincerely,

Fiona Mann

Dear FOI (AIREDALE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

Further to my request under the Freedom of Information Act and your subsequent reply dated December 2021, I read with interest that Ivermectin has now been added by the NIH to the list of approved treatments for Covid-19. And yet your letter last year stated that it was not 'approved for this indication' despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, despite the so-called 'vaccines' being widely rolled which are also NOT approved (only approved for emergency use) and despite the fact that I KNOW you WERE administering Ivermectin to patients last year against your official stance.

It must be blatently obvious to everyone now that we have been played.......Covid deaths stats have been manipulated, hospital protocols have not been in the best interests of patients, PCR tests are widely inaccurate, perfectly acceptable (but crucially cheap) alternative treatments have been suppressed and now that most of those eligible have had a 'vaccine' (despite emerging information that they are causing more injury and death than the virus itself), we are hearing effectively that more could have been done in terms of treatment, information etc etc. Not to mention the knock-on effect that lockdowns have caused....mental health cases, cancer, etc etc all increasing! Rats and sinking ships spring to mind. The Yellow Card makes for interesting reading and even by the MHRA's own admission only between 1 and 10% of cases are reported. Everything we've been saying since summer 2020 is slowly emerging....it's heartbreaking!

In light of all the above I would welcome your further comments.

Yours sincerely,

Fiona Mann
