Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai Hertfordshire County Council fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear Hertfordshire County Council,

Please can you do something about the on-going traffic problems, due to lack of proper parking for some of the residents in Beldams Lane in Bishops Stortford. We have done a few petitions over the years. I've contacted my Housing Association, Circle Anglia, and MP Mark Prisk who forward it onto, Our local Councillor John Barfoot from The Conservative Party for Bishop's Stortford, East.

Our cars have been damaged by the carelessness of drivers passing by who have shown road rage.We get verbally abuse from drivers daily . The local buses has trouble getting down the road , as there is continual holds up, due to people not letting others have the right of way.

This road is a very important road, as it takes the strain off the roads into town - people use Beldams Lane & Linkway as a rat run.

I have looked on your site for Kerb Dropping but I'm not paying the Fee of £89 pound for someone too look at it . I'm not a home owner and neither our the other neighbours who are having parking problems - this would be a wasted cost for us to pay for a drop kerb.

Please do something. I have video and photo Evidences of this matter to show you

Yours faithfully,

Miss A Dabreo

Herts Direct,

Dear Miss Dabreo,

Thank you for your email. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 is a
mechanism for seeking information the County Council, or other public
authority holds. I have read your email, and you are not seeking any
information, you appear to be seeking some sort residents parking or other
solution, this is not something the Act is intended for.

I do not think its helpful to continue his correspondence via the What do
they Know website, whose purpose is to publish requests for information.
If you can provide me with another email address I will forward your email
to our Highways department. It would also be helpful to know if you have
had a response from Cllr Barfoot yet.

 Yours sincerely,

Elaine Dunnicliffe
