Dear John,

Thank you. What I can now see is a list of dredging from 1989 to 2011/12.

Assuming that there is a letter that answers my questions could you please try sending it (by hitting reply) to What Do They Know without any attachment. Maybe the attachment caused a problem.

The mail with my questions came to you from What Do They Know which is a site viewable by the public (it means that public bodies don't have to answer the same questions dozens of times) so you'll be able to look and see if your reply is showing, if you'd like to.

Yours sincerely,

Robin Ford

Dear Mr Ford

Thank you for confirming that the response has been sent. As you suggested, I have just reviewed the site and the answers are embedded next to your questions within your email as advised by my previous response. For some reason you need to click on the link "show quoted sections", which has been inserted by the host website, to show these responses.

I hope that these responses are of assistance to you.

Yours sincerely

John Organ

The response immediately above dated 1st April was sent by the authority on that date, but to an incorrect email address which was why it was not delivered until I manually dealt with it just now.

The response wasn't within the requirements of the Act anyway. The FOI Act requires a prompt response. This response was on the twenty second working day after the day of the request.
