Dr Philip Arthur Johnson SMP
Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary,
I make this request under the FOIA 2000 in the knowledge that you as a public body should be open and transparent when it comes to matters concerning the public purse, and matters concerning public interest.
Dr Johnson was a contracted SMP for the Avon and Somerset Constabulary.
He has not been in contact with you for some considerable time.
Please disclose to me ALL the payments made to Dr Johnson, and include the detail applicable for which he was paid.
Please include, any applicable bonuses that may have accrued.
This FOI Request has both serious purpose and value, and is NOT meant to create any undue burden to you as an authority, but, the following is of particular public interest, as there is a legitimate grievance against you as an authority, and the information is needed to assist in the aforesaid grievance, together with a legitimate grievance against the Doctor to be placed before the GMC.
What will happen to the Reviews of IOD Pensioners that were carried out by Dr Johnson in 2014?
Who is in possession of the review documentation?
Have they been signed appropriately by the SMP?
When will a decision be made on these, given that Dr Johnson is no longer in your employ?
Yours faithfully,
SR CEATON-GOULD

Dear Mr Ceaton-Gould
I write in connection with your request for information dated 11^th March
concerning Dr Johnson.
Specifically you asked: “Dr Johnson was a contracted SMP for the Avon and

Please disclose to me ALL the payments made to Dr Johnson, and include the
detail applicable for which he was paid.

particular public interest, as there is a legitimate grievance against you
as an authority, and the information is needed to assist in the aforesaid
grievance, together with a legitimate grievance against the Doctor to be

Dr Johnson in 2014?

in your employ?”
As you were advised on the 25^th February your requests on the subject of
IOD pension reviews have been deemed vexatious. That said however each
case is considered individually.
Your questions above seem to be based upon unfounded information that Dr
Johnson is no longer working with the Constabulary concerning the IOD
pension reviews. This information is not correct.
I have made an assumption therefore that you no longer require the
information.
If my assumption is not accurate and you still require details of Dr
Johnsons remuneration can you please provide me with details of the nature
of the grievance you have mentioned and describe how the above mentioned
information will assist you.
Yours sincerely
C Quartey
