Dear The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust,

In an MPT decision dated 29 September 2020, Dr Christian Hanson (GMC no. 5160718) had his registration suspended for 10 months in relation to sexually motivated conduct that occured at Rotherham General Hospital.

Extract of decision:

'i. pulled Ms A towards you by grabbing her by the hips; Found proved

ii.clamped your knees around Ms A’s legs; Found proved

iii. put your hands on Ms A’s hips/bottom; Found proved'

2. Please provide all guidance to assist staff who wish to report a sexual assault by a colleague.

4. Please provide the number of allegations of a sexual nature you have received from staff against colleagues in each of the past three years.
5. Please provide all guidance on how you handle allegations of a sexual nature made against a member of staff.
6. Please provide all recorded information relating to the personal security of staff working alone in circumstances similar to Ms A.
