Revenue & Benefits Enquiries, Bournemouth Borough Council

Dear Kirsty Eccles,

Thank you for your information request under Freedom of Information
received 20^th March 2018.

Our summons state "Dorset Magistrates' Courts", indicating Dorset Courts
in the plural, not the singular, which would refer to a specific court.
The address we provide is for the Magistrates sitting at the Law Courts,
Park Road, Poole.

However, if you search on the internet for Dorset Magistrates Courts, one
of the top results takes you to the Court Tribunal finder page on the
.gov.uk website -
[1]https://courttribunalfinder.service.gov.....
They indicate on there that Dorset Magistrates Court can be contacted care
of a Bournemouth address, which we no longer attend.

I'm sorry that you state the Ministry of Justice claim the Dorset
Magistrate Court does not exist, but this may be a matter for you to take
up with them.

I hope that this deals with your request satisfactorily.
