Please could you forward any information you have relating to the change of use of 42 Seville Street, Royton, Oldham, OL2 6AN

It was previously a standard terrace house but has now been split into flats/bedsits?

It appears to be operating as an HMO but isn't listed as such and there is a large number of non English speaking residents staying in the various rooms.

Dear Sir,

 

In relation to your Freedom of Information Request regarding 42 Seville St
Royton, I can confirm it was changed into a small HMO in March 2018.

 

Environmental Health Officers have visited twice, and it is a well
maintained managed property.

 

A small HMO does not need change of use permission. The details are not
contained in a public register so we are unable to provide any further
information.
