Domestic Abuse Prosecutor change from Anne Marie Hicks to Moira Price.

The request was successful.

Dear Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal (Scotland),

Per the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please supply me with the following information contained in your records;

Please provide the date when the Domestic Abuse Prosecutor Anne Marie Hicks was replaced by Moira Price, as has been identified in a recent FOISA 2002 request response.

The personal data exemption will not apply as this is a exceptionally senior legal substantive role and is therefore not personal data when an individual is performing their substantive role.

I shall look forward to your prompt response no later than than the statutory 20 working day timescale.

Yours faithfully,

Ms Samantha J Kerr
