Dog's seized under the dangerous dogs act 1991

We're waiting for Angela smith to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Cumbria Constabulary,

In the 12 months between January 2020 -January 2021
1) How many dogs were seized under the dangerous dogs act 1991?

2)How many of the dogs in the same 12 month period seized under the dangerous dogs act 1991 were relinquished at point of seizure?

3)How many of dogs seized were successfully recinded after owners had a chance to seek advice?

Yours faithfully,

Angela smith
