Dog Waste Bins in Kensington and Chelsea

Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Request 2000 I would like to find out:

a) How many dog waste bins there are in Kensington and Chelsea.
b) How many new dog waste bins have been erected on the streets of Kensington and Chelsea from January 2018 to the end of January 2019.
c) How much money has been spent by RBKC Council to deter people from dumping their dog's waste - i.e signs and bins (from January 2018 to the end of January 2019). Please may this be broken down clearly.

If this information exceeds the cost limit please only provide information for a) and b).
