1) The exact number of complaints filed against Sandwell Council regarding the amount of dog fouling on the pavements in November and December 2010, 2011 and 2012
2) The exact number of monetary settlements made by Sandwell Council due to the amount of dog fouling on the pavements in November and December 2010, 2011 and 2012
3) The exact number of monetary settlements made to Sandwell Council due to the amount of dog fouling on the pavements in November and December 2010, 2011 and 2012
4) The amount of money spent by Sandwell council on legal fees due to cases on dog fouling in November and December in 2010, 2011 and 2012
5) The number of/if any additional sign posts made and displayed in Sandwell warning of the consequences of dog fouling in November and December 2010, 2011 and 2012
6) The number of/if any additional dog foul bins made and put up in Sandwell in November and December 2010, 2011 and 2012
7) The exact number of dog fouling convictions in Sandwell in the months of November and December 2010, 2011 and 2012

By this I would like the exact number of penalties that have been issued due to dog fouling crimes, in November 2010, 2011, and 2012 and December 2010, 2011 and 2012.
How much the paid penalties from November and December 2010, 2011 and 2012 amount to.
