Dear Poringland Parish Council,

I wish to make a Freedom Of Information Request regarding dogs within parks/public open spaces in your area. Please may I request,

1. Since 01/01/2017, any complaints/concerns/correspondence in regards to dog walking etiquette in your area. For example, this can involve concerns regarding aggressive dogs, dogs off leash, dog mess, dog attacks, out of control dogs, etc.

2. Do you currently have any consultations/plans to create a dog park within your area?

3. All information since 19 June 2018 suggesting, referencing and involving the installation of any dog park within your area.

If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact me via email and I will be happy to clarify what I am asking for.

Please note that Poringland Parish Council is not the enforcement body for these matters. The police are the enforcement agency for out of control dogs and South Norfolk Council is the enforcement agency for dog waste and environmental matters. These agencies are most likely to have reports.

2) You asked:
Do you currently have any consultations/plans to create a dog park within your area?
We have responded: There are no consultations or plans to create a dog park in Poringland, although the idea has been mooted by the council as a project.

3) You asked:
