Does Cllr Kennedy now live in Spain? If so how can he be getting paid by Liverpool council?

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Liverpool City Council,
Please supply the reason as to why Cllr Malcolm Kennedy now resides in Spain and do the residents of his ward in Kirkdale /Vauxhall approve of this?

Please supply the past two years of Cllr Kennedy’s expense and all payments made to him from the Liverpool city council.

Please supply just how long Cllr Kennedy has been out in Spain and are the rate payers footing his bills and flights to and from?

Please supply what has happened to the Lawton’s building on Leeds street Vauxhall, and the New metalwork's project that both Cllr Kennedy and Cllr Joe Hanson had fully backed along with the mayor, yet not one local job on site and the developer now in the UAE, will both these pair of councilors explain what’s going on in this ward.

Cllr Hanson in 2018/19 had fully endorsed this project saying it would bring in construction jobs and that Everton FC, had invested into the metalwork's along with a number of players, Mr Antonio Garcia the person behind this failed project was given the green light from the LCC to move forward and now he has vanished into thin air.

Tony Freeman (Convicted con man) had his son and staff working on the Metal works scamming buyers, and MSB solicitors Liverpool acted for the buyers and the Freeman's asking for a fee of thousands of pounds in upfront payments, has the Liverpool city council had any phone calls ,emails, or letters from any investor or overseas investors with regards to the Metalwork project?

Yours faithfully,
Ann Rogers Liverpool

On the 28th June, LCC was holding the data of Cllr Kennedy - from June to October what happened that he now regulates his own data...
No1 because of the virus and travel restriction he can't travel back to the UK....... OH, THAT OLD CHESTNUT - I know people who have travelled back - his wife lives in Spain Madrid.....!
He is not getting his expenses so LCC say - but he is receiving his allowances out of the public purse.
