Senior IT Administrator.

Mail is franked and all stationery is printed in-house.

 

7. Please confirm the current Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) in place
and whether these SLA’s have been met over the last 12 months.

We have SLAs under CCS Framework RM3781 – Lot 2. They have been met over
the last 12 months.

 

8. Please confirm if you intend to go out to tender next time or call off
an existing framework. If so, which one?

For MFD and Print Room Hardware & Software requirements we run further
competitions under RM3781 CCS Framework – It would be our intention to
utilise this framework (or next iteration) for future requirements.

£55k

 

11. How many printers do you have?

<15 + 5 label printers (‘less than’ 15 – not clear because it’s in flux as
we are decommissioning them)

Print room charges are circa £184k per annum

 

13. What is the annual spend on toners outside of any contract that is in
place with a 3rd party?

We purchase toner for desktop printers - £10k per annum.

For all MFDs and printers - CY 2018: 156,397 Colour; 2,548,607 Mono.

end users?

Not available as a distinct value of work time.

Yes
