Dear Rob Howes
Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FOI) request below.
In your request you have asked for:
The details we require are:
1. What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract? -
Under section 43 (2) of Freedom of Information Act 2000 this information
is commercially sensitive and we are not obliged to disclose any details
2. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and
were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages - Please note
that the framework is not owned by the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust
(LAS). As such, please direct questions regarding the framework, PQQ &
ITT to the [1]Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Barnsdale Way,
Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester LE19 1ES, (framework ref. 390_18).
By way of advice and assistance, we can confirm that the Trust’s contract
under the framework is with Offsite Archive Storage Information Services
(UK) Limited.
The Trust believes that for the question regarding the unsuccessful
bidders, section 43 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is engaged
as the information is commercially sensitive; information is exempt under
section 43 (2) if disclosure would result in the commercial interests of
the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, or any other third party, being
prejudiced by leaving it liable to have its prices undercut by competitors
and challenged by existing and potential customers.
3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from
the start of the contract to the current date - By the way of advice and
assistance, information on Trust spend with supplier is reasonably
accessible elsewhere, please visit [2]https://www.data.gov.uk
4. Start date & duration of contract? – Under section 21 of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000, the information you have requested
is reasonably accessible elsewhere. The Contract start and end dates are
in the published notice
5. Could you please provide a copy of the service specification given
to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised? - Please
contact the framework owners for details of the specification. See
contact details as noted in response to Q2.
6. Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the
duration of the extension? - 24 months
7. Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being
either extended or renewed? – No
8. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible
for this contract? - Please direct all procurement related enquiries to
