Further to your correspondence with my colleague Louise, I have considered
your request for a list of doctors who currently have conditions on their
registration in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please find attached the information requested. The attachment lists all
doctors who, as at the date of data extraction - 26 February 2016, were
subject to conditions on their registration.

Conditions can be imposed on a doctor's registration so that they are only
allowed to do medical work under supervision or so that they are
restricted to certain areas of practice. Conditions can be imposed at a
medical practitioners tribunal hearing or at an interim orders tribunal
hearing. Medical practitioners tribunal hear evidence and decide whether a
doctor’s fitness to practise is impaired. An interim orders tribunal looks
at whether a doctor's registration should be restricted while allegations
about their conduct are resolved. The attached list covers conditions
imposed by both types of tribunal.
